TERMS & CONDITIONS for PACKAGE TOURS 2024-25 : Page - 1 

The tariff would inclusive of Food (Bed Tea to Dinner, Veg. and Non-Veg except Train Journey) Lodging in Standard Non-A/c double bedded room (family wise) with attached bath,SL class Rly. fare and Non A/c Bus / Traveler /Sumo etc., fare from point to point basis along with sight-seeing,cost of other means such as;hiring Taxi, Rickshaw, Tonga, Boat, Launch, Ropeway, Horse, Pony, Dandy Kandy and Forest Safari and all Entry fees and guide fees, Tips, Porter Charges in the all places would be borne by the passenger/s or touristas an extra or additional.GST as extra to be levied as per norms. 

Concession for children for the age group between 5 years to 11 years (below 12 years) will be offered a flat 20% discount in the train cum bus tours with full berth/seat but in hotel/lodge without extra Mattress/Bed in hotel/lodge, sharing with parents. 50% discount for the age group between 2 years to 4 years (below 5 years) without Rly. Ticket, in bus with full seat and without extra Mattress/Bed in hotel/lodge, sharing with parents. Children below 2 years will be charged @ Rs.50/- per day as service charge (berth, seat, bed and child food / plate will not be provided) only sharing with parents. Senior citizen / Rly. Pass holder concession (on Rly. Ticket) will be given as per Rly. rules. Passenger/Tourist can make their booking 6 months in advance. At the time of booking the amount of Rs. 8,000/- per head for SL class, Rs. 10,000/- for 3A class and Rs. 12,000/- for 2A class (if by Rajdhani / Duronto @ Rs. 3000/- extra) has to be deposited, passengername in register may be transferred with the prior intimation before 125 days of the journey. 

If through Air travel, [Air fare + Rs 5000/-(Booking Money)]Booking Money is non transferable for the scheduled date. The booking money may be sent or deposited by Cash/Digital Payment/RTGS/NEFT or by Cheque/DD, by post / through Bank in favour of Tirupati Special, Kolkata. The balance amount shall be deposited before 25 days of the commencement of the journey, while making payment by Cash/Digital Payment/RTGS/NEFTor by Cheque / Draft Payment should be made before 28 days of the journey commences, bank credit recognizes the confirmation of payment otherwise the same booking will be cancelled and advance money will not be given back or any adjustment under any circumstances. * For Ladakh, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal and other International Tours, a 50% advance of the Package costs is required to be deposited in favour of Tirupati Special, rest amount to be deposited same like above before 30 days of the journey date. FOOD (except in Train journey) will be served by the authority, cooked by the own caterer as per the following MENU CHART: Bed Tea - One Cup Tea only, Breakfast - 4pcs butter/ jam bread, 2 pcs. Banana/alternative, 1 pc boiled egg/Omelet, with 1 cup Tea / Coffee OR 5pcs Puri /3pcs. Chapati/3pcs. Parota sabji, Achar with 1 cup Tea / Coffee. Lunch - Rice, Dal, Bhaji, Sabji, Fish (1 pc) / Egg (2pcs) / Mutton (2 pcs) / Chicken (3pcs) Curry, Chatni , Evening Tea Snacks - 2 pcs Biscuits / Samosa / Beguni or JhuriBhaja / Chanachur with Muri or Chira-Badam Bhaja with Tea / Coffee. Dinner- Rice / Chapati, Dal, Sabji , Salad/Bhaji, Fish (1 pc) / Egg (2 pcs) / Mutton (2 pcs) / Chicken (3 pcs) Curry, Papad. N.B. - No Train Food, Mineral / Bottle / Package Water will be supplied by Tirupati Special under any circumstances during Tour. Only Veg. Meals will be supplied at Chitrakoot/Katra/Kedar/Badri/Gangotri/Yamunotri/Brindaban/Haridwar/Manimahesh/ Amarnath portion and a portion of Gujrat / MP Tour. During the train journey, no food will be served by Tirupati Special. In the Roadways journey cooked meal will be served , if require only Veg. food will be served from a healthy Hotel or handed over the amount to the passengers as per the prescribed rates such as; @ Rs.125/- for Meal (Lunch and Dinner) @ Rs. 50/- for Breakfast & Tea, @ Rs. 10 for Tea / Coffee and @Rs 30/- for evening Tea & Snacks. If any Passenger not interested to accept any Food from our Catering then no kind of financial assistance will be reimbursed for such food. Supply of food as mentioned in the Menu Chart depends upon two factors: A) Sufficient time for cooking & marketing, B) Availability of commodities in the local market / spot. LODGING: Family wise room with attached bath will be provided after an hour of reaching Hotel, (Dormitory accommodation at Gourikund, Kedar, Badri, Gangotri, Yamunotri). During Manimahes and AmarnathYatra only Dormitory/Tent accommodation is available. At other places Non AC Double Bed Rooms for 2 / 3 adults, Triple Bed for 3/4 Adults, Four Bed for 4/5 Adults. If single passenger for separate room will be charged @ Rs. 800/- to 1000/- per night extra. Passengers will be picked up from the enquiry office of suchstarting Railway Station before Two hours of the scheduled time of departure of Train. Before Three hours for Ship/Airport. Passengers are requested to leave their name, age, sex, relation, address, Land Telephone numbers (Office and Residence), Mobile Numbers and e-rnail address /id when booking/buying tickets. :

Tirupati Special will not undertake any liability towards any loss / damage of life/any other belongings whatsoever of the occurrencedue to any natural disasterduring the tour. 1. Accompanying baggage’s/Luggage’s should be light and easy to carry (only one Bag / Suitcase not exceeding the size of 12' x 16' x 24' and weight -15-kg for adults and 10 kg for children). Name and address of the luggage-owner should be pasted prominently on capital letters on the top of the luggage. Porter assistance would be provided on extra payment of 5% of package costs or carry at your own. 2. Passengers are requested to avoid carrying contraband items. The management shall not be liable such prohibited Act. 3. While every effort would be made to maintain the itinerary. Natural calamities or other circumstantial pressures may force the authority to make necessary changes. However, such changes would always be in the interest of smooth conducting the tour. Circumstanced above, if the tour is depreciated in any way the extra expenses should be borne by the passengers without any prejudice. In case of non availability of road Permit of hired vehicle for visiting any place and scheduled class in the Train/ Bus/ Hotel, passengers should co-operate to complete the journey without further hazard. The journey in the other class and if the journey availed by the upper class, the difference of fare/ rent (from the schedule class) should be borne by the passengers on the spot but in case of changing to lower class the difference of fare will be adjusted by the authority from Kolkata Office after completion of tour. Specific date, train number & class may change in case of any abnormality about availability of Railway/ Ship/ Air / Bus reservation. No claim for partial refund of tariff would be entertained. 4. The conducting Manager’s decision on Room / Seat allotment would absolutely be final. No interference in this regard would therefore be entertained. 5. In case of medical problems during the tour, all the expenses will have to be borne by the tourists. Sick or invalid person, person with contagious diseases or terminal cases will not be allowed In the tours. 6. Passengers are requested to check back at “TIRUPATI SPECIAL” before 2 days from the date of commencement of the journey for further details/ final Tour programmed / change / advice if any. 7. Rules of Cancellation Charges of Package Tours (valid only with Cancellation Letter along with the Original Money receipt): A. 10% of the package cost will be deducted if the package tour is being cancelled by the passenger before 125 days of the journey date. B. 20% of the package cost will be deducted if the package tour isbeing cancelled by the passenger before 80 days of the journey date OR if the said journey is cancelled by Tirupati Special before 5 Days due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity, political & other any disturbance. C. 30% of the package cost will be deducted if the package tour is cancelled by the passenger before 30 days of the journey date OR if the said journey is cancelled by Tirupati Special before 2 days due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity, political & other any disturbance. D. 50% of the package cost will be deducted if the package tour is cancelled by the passenger before 15 days of the journey date OR if the said journey is cancelled byTirupati Special before 5 Hrs. of Dep. times due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity, political & other any disturbance. E. 70% of the package cost will be deducted if the package tour is cancelled by the passenger before 5 days of the journey date. F. 80% of the package cost will be deducted if the package tour is cancelled by the passenger before 3 day of the journey date. G. NO REFUND will be made if the Package tour is cancelled by the passenger less than 48 hours before the departure time. H. If the tour program is cancelled (Other than natural calamity, political & other Disturbance) by the TIRUPATI SPECIAL, the full deposit money will be refunded to the Passengers. Authority is not liable to show any explanation or not responsible for any demurrage for such cancellation. I. Cancellation of Air / Ship package tour Refund of Air / Ship tickets as per the rules of Air / Ship Authority and rest (balance) amount will be refunded after deducting such amount as per our above mentioned (No. 7A to 7H) rules of cancellation. International Tour Cancellation rules separate. 8. No Telephonic/Email message will be entertained regarding cancellation/modification. 9. Cancellation time : 14.00Hrs.to18.00Hrs. 10. JURISDICTION :- Any and/or all disputes arrising out of or tuching upon the Tour Programme would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kolkata , W.B. REQUISISTS : 5/6 Sets of Garments + Woolen Garments (for hilly area tour), Rapper, Bed Sheet, Air Pillow, Umbrella, Water Bottle, Mug(Small), Flask, Key & Chain, Sunglass, Binoculars, HawaiChappal, Camera , Medicines, Odomos Cream / Mosquito Coils, Dry foods like Biscuits, Chanachur etc. Kedts, Rain Coat, Over Coat, Gloves for Trekking like Amarnath, KedarBadri/Char Dham, Manimahesh, Kailash,Tunganath, Muktinath etc. I/We Agreed the above Terms & Conditions for our Package Tour to ........................................................Date of departure .......................................... to Date of return ……………………………..……… on behalf of my family/guests.
